Here I am, a cooper in 2014, on a professional journey in search of a new method and a new vision of the trade.

 I turned to the Tonnellerie de Champagne to discover a more artisanal facet of the trade and a certain proximity to customers.

The Tonnellerie Garonnaise, with the responsibility of training an apprentice and discovering the large container. It was also at this time that I began to wonder about the management and organisation of the production flow. This was followed by a year in Angoulême to discover cognac.

The Marchive tindery and the Fins Bois cooperage where I already proposed possibilities of production optimisation.

Tonnellerie Saury for a job at the repair station of all sizes of barrels.

Brive Tonnelier, this period will be shared between barrel production and the large container part.

Tonnellerie Lacroix, for the manufacture of tanks and casks.

The Tonnellerie Dargaud et Jaegle to carry out personal work on the study of cooperage machines.

Nadalié Chile for production optimisation, training and project development. I will keep the role of adviser until today in order to follow the projects in progress and to make them evolve as well as possible.

In 2020 I returned to France for a two-year period as a trainer at the CFA in Beaune with a class of 13 apprentices. I also participated in the evolution of the Manufacture Lagrange with a work of training of the personnel and development of the heating.
