Journeyman cooper Originally from Corrèze, Mickaël was destined to become a cabinetmaker. With a degree in Applied Arts, he went to the Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France on the advice of a friend, with the idea of following a concrete training course related to wood. However, he quickly realised that there were few opportunities in cabinet making and he was offered the chance to train as a cooper.”
